The termination of membership (department and/or main association) must be declared in writing to the office by September 30 of the current year at the latest; this will then take effect at the end of the year.

I agree to the storage, transmission and processing of my personal data for internal association purposes in an EDP-supported membership and contribution file.
I have the possibility to obtain information about this data from the association at any time.
Membership cannot be established without this consent.
I hereby consent to TSV Leinzell using electronic means of communication such as unencrypted e-mails; This applies to communication between TSV Leinzell and members/officials among themselves as well as between TSV Leinzell and third parties. The subject of this communication can also be special types of personal data. I have been informed that this declaration is voluntary and that I can revoke it at any time without any disadvantages.

"I authorize TSV Leinzell 1900 e.V. to collect payments from my account by direct debit. At the same time, I instruct my bank to redeem the direct debits drawn on my account by TSV Leinzell 1900 e.V. Note: I can within Eight weeks, beginning with the debit date, request reimbursement of the debited amount. The conditions agreed with my bank apply." The SEPA direct debit mandate is valid for the following payments: Turn- und Sportverein Leinzell 1900 e.V. Basic contribution, additional departmental contributions, other offers (e.g. courses).

The consent applies to the use of the image, film and sound recordings for the following purposes:
1. Publication and distribution along with naming of the first and last name in the publications of the association;
2. Publication along with naming of the first and last name on the internet on the website (homepage, Facebook, etc.) of the association;
3. Information from the press for reporting on sporting events, awards, etc.

Note: The rights are granted free of charge and also include the right to edit - insofar as the editing is not distorting - and to digital storage.
My consent to individual images can be revoked at any time for the future. An e-mail with the revocation to vorstand@tsv-leinzell.de is sufficient for this. In the case of printed matter, the consent can no longer be revoked as soon as the print order has been placed.
If the consent is not revoked, it applies indefinitely, i.e. beyond the current year and beyond the membership of the TSV Leinzell.
In the case of multi-person images, my consent is irrevocable, unless a balance of interests is clearly in my favour.
In the event of revocation, corresponding individual images may no longer be used for the above-mentioned purposes in future and must be deleted from the corresponding publications immediately.
If only one person has custody:

It was explained to us / me that the declaration of my / our consent is voluntary.
The admission of the member to the TSV Leinzell or his remaining in it is not dependent on the consent.
 


I. Basic contribution:
(moved in once a year in the 1st quarter)

  • Children / young people up to 18 years:  € 21.00
  • Adults (from the age of 19):  € 33.00
  • Young adults in training, in the BFD or FSJ, students (up to the age of 27):  € 26.00
  • Family contribution (including all children up to 18 years of age living in the household / all young adults living in the household in training, in the BFD or FSJ, students up to the age of 27):  € 65.00
  • Supporting / passive members (including pensioners):  € 38.00
  • Honorary members: free of charge
  • Children / young people up to 18 years (BOULE):  € 15.00
  • Adults (from the age of 19) (BOULE):  € 25.00
  • Family contribution (including all children up to 18 years of age living in the household / all young adults living in the household in training, in the BFD or FSJ, students up to the age of 27) (BOULE):  € 35.00

 

II.1 Badminton department contribution:
(moved in once a year in the 1st quarter)

  • Children / young people up to 18 years old,
    as well as young adults in training, in the BFD or FSJ, students (up to the age of 27):  € 25.00 
  • Adults active (from the age of 19):  € 40.00
  • Family contribution (including all children up to 18 years of age living in the household / all young adults living in the household in training, in the BFD or FSJ, students up to the age of 27):  € 60.00


II.2 Boule department contribution:
(moved in once a year in the 1st quarter)

  • Boules, flat rate:  € 5.00


II.3 Floorball department contribution:
(moved in once a year in the 1st quarter)

  • Children / young people up to 18 years old,
    as well as young adults in training, in the BFD or FSJ, students (up to the age of 27):  € 7.00
  • Adults active (from the age of 19):  € 10.00


II.4 Football department contribution:
(moved in once a year in the 1st quarter)

  • Children / young people up to 18 years old,
    as well as young adults in training, in the BFD or FSJ, students (up to the age of 27):  € 20.00
  • Adults active (from the age of 19):  € 30.00
  • Adults / old men (from the age of 31):  € 10.00
  • Per hour of work not completed;
    Work service of 4 hours in total (no more than 8 hours per family),
    To be paid for everyone aged 16 and over (parents under 16 for their children):  € 12.00


II.5 Carnival department contribution:
(moved in once a year in the 1st quarter)

  • Children / young people up to 18 years old,
    as well as young adults in training, in the BFD or FSJ, students (up to the age of 27):  € 7.00 
  • Adults active (from the age of 19):  € 10.00


II.6 Tennis department contribution:
(moved in once a year in the 1st quarter)

  • Children up to 12 years: € 20.00
  • Children / young people up to 18 years old,
    as well as young adults in training, in the BFD or FSJ, students (up to the age of 27):  € 40.00 
  • Adults active (from the age of 19):  € 100.00
  • Family contribution (including all children up to 18 years of age living in the household / all young adults living in the household in training, in the BFD or FSJ, students up to the age of 27):  € 150.00
  • Guest player, per hour:  € 8.00
  • Tickets for 5 tickets for guest player, per hour, available separately from the head of department:  € 35.00
  • Per hour of work not completed;
    Work service of 15 hours in total (not more than 30 hours per family),
    To be paid for everyone aged 16 and over (parents under 16 for their children):  € 12.00


II.7 Zumba department contribution:
(moved in once a year in the 1st quarter)

  • Children / young people up to 18 years old,
    as well as young adults in training, in the BFD or FSJ, students (up to the age of 27):  € 7.00
  • Adults active (from the age of 19):  € 10.00
  • Tickets for 10 tickets for participation in the courses, available separately from the head of department:  on request

 

Additional Fees:

  • Members who do not participate in the direct debit system:  € 6.00
  • For rejected direct debits (in addition to the applicable bank fee):  € 6.00
  • Rent clubhouse:  on request

 

The total contribution consists of the basic contribution (I.) plus the contribution of the respective department (II.1 until II.7).
If you belong to several departments, the contributions are added together.

Cancellation of membership (department and/or entire association) must be declared in writing to the office no later than September 30th of the current year and will then take effect at the end of the year.
