Membership cannot be established without this consent.
I hereby consent to TSV Leinzell using electronic means of communication such as unencrypted e-mails; This applies to communication between TSV Leinzell and members/officials among themselves as well as between TSV Leinzell and third parties. The subject of this communication can also be special types of personal data. I have been informed that this declaration is voluntary and that I can revoke it at any time without any disadvantages.
 
SEPA direct debit mandate
"I authorize TSV Leinzell 1900 e.V. to collect payments from my account by direct debit. At the same time, I instruct my bank to redeem the direct debits drawn on my account by TSV Leinzell 1900 e.V. Note: I can within Eight weeks, beginning with the debit date, request reimbursement of the debited amount. The conditions agreed with my bank apply." The SEPA direct debit mandate is valid for the following payments: Turn- und Sportverein Leinzell 1900 e.V. Basic contribution, additional departmental contributions, other offers (e.g. courses).
Declaration of consent for the storage and distribution of image, film and sound recordings and personal data in publications and on the Internet
I hereby consent,

into the production, storage, use and publication of image, film and sound recordings of..
 
by TSV Leinzell 1900 e.V.

The consent applies to the use of the image, film and sound recordings for the following purposes:
1. Publication and distribution along with naming of the first and last name in the publications of the association;
2. Publication along with naming of the first and last name on the internet on the website (homepage, Facebook, etc.) of the association;
3. Information from the press for reporting on sporting events, awards, etc.

Note: The rights are granted free of charge and also include the right to edit - insofar as the editing is not distorting - and to digital storage.
My consent to individual images can be revoked at any time for the future. An e-mail with the revocation to vorstand@tsv-leinzell.de is sufficient for this. In the case of printed matter, the consent can no longer be revoked as soon as the print order has been placed.
If the consent is not revoked, it applies indefinitely, i.e. beyond the current year and beyond the membership of the TSV Leinzell.
In the case of multi-person images, my consent is irrevocable, unless a balance of interests is clearly in my favour.
In the event of revocation, corresponding individual images may no longer be used for the above-mentioned purposes in future and must be deleted from the corresponding publications immediately.
If only one person has custody:

The admission of the member to the TSV Leinzell or his remaining in it is not dependent on the consent.
 
 
Basic fee TSV Leinzell:

Youth contribution: € 20.50
Active / passive contribution: € 28.20
Family fee (includes youth fee): € 61.40

Department fee TSV Leinzell:
(move in once a year in the first quarter)

“Active” football (from the age of 19): € 12.80
Floorball (hockey) / football "AH" / Zumba (from the age of 19 or 30 "AH"): € 7.50

Additional fees apply to:

Failure to issue a direct debit authorization: € 5.20
Rejection of a direct debit (plus the bank charges still incurred): € 5.20


The total contribution consists of the basic contribution and the contribution of the respective department to which the member belongs.
If you belong to several departments, the contributions are added up.

The termination of membership (department and/or entire association) must be declared in writing to the office by September 30 of the current year at the latest and will then take effect at the end of the year.
